For the majority of his career he was with Alfred Bunting & Co/Bunting Warburg, a Canadian investment dealer and stockbroker where he was President and CEO from 1981 to 1994. During this time he served 3 year terms both as a Governor of the TSE and Director of the IDA. From 1999 to 2001 he was Chairman and a Director of First Marathon Securities (UK)/NBC Financial (UK) Limited.

Work Experience: Mr. Begeman is a Professional Mining Engineer with over 30 years of mining experience. In his capacity for Goldcorp, he was responsible for its surface gold operations in South Dakota and the Industrial Minerals Division in Saskatchewan. Previous to his employment at Goldcorp, Mr. Begeman held various engineering and management positions with Morrison Knudsen Company in the contract mining operations group throughout the Western United States.

Work Experience: Mr. Davidson previously served as Executive Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Development with responsibility for Barrick Gold's international exploration programs and corporate development activities. Mr. Davidson joined Barrick in October 1993 as Vice President, Exploration with responsibility for the Company's expanding exploration program. He initiated Barrick’s expansion out of North America and into Latin America and beyond. Prior to joining Barrick, Mr. Davidson was Vice President, Exploration for Metall Mining Corporation. Mr. Davidson has over 25 years' experience in designing, implementing and managing gold and base metal exploration and acquisition programs throughout the world.

Work Experience: Mr. Horn has over forty years international experience in exploration and mining. During his career he worked in Zambia and Australia in exploration, ore assessment, grade control and production; was technical adviser to Vale's non-ferrous metal exploration program in Brazil and Exploration Manager, Europe and Vice President Exploration, Canada, for BP Minerals. On the withdrawal of BP from Canada, he worked first as Vice President Exploration of the FMC Gold Company and from 1995 as Vice President Exploration with Inco Limited. He has served on the boards of several public companies and was President of Exmibal. He retired from Inco in 2004.
